Why are my dill pickles "empty"?
I do polish dill pickles (Polskie Ogorki kiszone). For whatever reason, their insides fill up with liquid and they become soft and less tasty. I noticed that when I buy pickles, it happens more than when I use my own (I have a garden), but obviously, I need to buy cucumbers during the winter... I end up dumping more than I eat. Please helpAfter sterilizing jars and covers, recipe is: 40grams salt/1 liter water. Boil. Cool down. Add garlic, dill, bay leaf. Completely immerse cucumbers. Let sit minimum 2 weeks at room temperature. Reminder: these are polish dill pickles therefore no vinegar is added.

But I would like to know some specifics about why they were created, what they were supposed to do, what they did do and who was involved. I would also like to know if there are any other significant organisations related to the people's resistance in Poland that were of communist orientation.These are the groups and the year I think they were founded. What is everyones views on immigration?
Personally, I dont mind it to some extent. I think its ok to have small minorities from different countries bringing good trades in; we have an Indian restaurant in our village and the guy there makes gorgeous meals! I also think it's ok when they are spread out round Britain so it doesnt put a strain on the economy. I will say though that I think that on a personal matter, we are getting far too many Poles and other Eastern Europeans over here all at once. Everywhere I turn now all I see is yet another "Polskie Delicassie" in the street, I feel a stranger to my own country. Some Eastern Europeans have also been very rude to me as well. I think the worrying thing is if there arent tighter controls put in place for immigration then Britain will be swamped and drained dry of money. So, yes, whilst they can be very useful with trades etc on the other hand can be a burden. I'm sitting on the fence on this issue!Pytanie #16:
